Is it just me who feels like mace/spear has completely killed vanilla pvp? I've been playing semi-anarchy for years and all the modern mace/spear pvp has just devolved to people buzzing around like flies, people only ever touch the ground to loot and they just get strafed with mace over and over, it feels so bland and boring. I usually stick to basehunting so I dont get into pvp much, but watching some of the fights go down, it looks like the most boring form of pvp that Minecraft has ever had.

Edit: Somebody mentioned its more of an elytra problem, and I think thats more accurate than a problem with the mace/spear itself.
