So I am in a scripted minecraft SMP with 4 protagonist (me being one) and currently one of them is doing mace pvp another is doing SMP and the other is just doing random stuff and I need a different gamemode that I can use since currently I only have used SMP which im not good at. The issue is that I mainly do spear mace but we all agree that having 2 mace users is kinda boring so IDK what other gamemodes I could do since i dont like things such as cart so does anyone know or have some ideas?

I'm not trying to make fun of crystal players, this is just my take. Crystal should never have been a main tiered gamemode.

IMO main gamemodes are meant to be feasible in survival, obv sword, UHC, Axe, even Mace isn't that hard to set up, diamond and nether pot. But let's be so for real rn, who is farming up a stack of crystals, a stack of obi, a stack of anchors and 4 stacks of glowstone at minimum on a survival server. I mean if you look at good pvp servers, (strength, money, lifesteal, etc. etc.) you don't see anyone playing crystal. However, even though cart is still resource intensive, it's acc viable, as we see with Theo in LSWorld. I get people want a main gamemode based on explosion mechanics, which is why I believe cart should replace crystal as a main gamemode, and crystal should become a subtier.

I'm gonna assume most people on this sub either forgot me or didn't know me to begin with. But there are some that remember me and this might come out as a bit surprising so I'll explain it quickly.

For those who know who I am: I have practiced up my own PvP style and it is at a level I'm comfortable at. I'm not gonna pretend like I'm some combat master but I don't think I'd be a complete chungie. And right now I want to explore the other forms of spear in order to hopefully become a true spear master. As such I am learning spear mace, elytra spear and tnt spear. Obviously starting off with spear mace. I still prefer to use my normal form, especially when dealing with elytra users, but I am expanding my arsenal.

back to the point: The main issue I've been getting (aside from the bugs) is that I am inconsistent in attribute swapping. I can usually do it consistently and rapidly when I'm not in a fight, but in a fight I'm getting messed up so it's clearly a mental issue, and I've been wondering how most of you manage to keep a cool enough mind to achieve consistency.

If I manage to nail it down then it will improve my game tenfold.

Additionally there's also the issue of food management but that's more that I wanna improve efficiency.

i have hard time improving to ht4 and get demoted to ht5 multiple times of this shitty mouse because idk which one is the root cause of messing the dpi either my cheap mouse or the windows system bug that increases the pointer speed for no reason

I absolutely suck in every single game mode and I tried searching on yt but I could find good vids that explain well. Out of every game mode im the best at axe but I my best game in axe was getting a mid tier 3 to half hp didnt even win and my rank is low their 5 -16 I wanna get better at sword amp and axe any tips? Also sorry theres no vid demo idk how to record on screen. Oh right and if this will help at all o play on MacBook

All tools and armour is maxed out (armor does not have thorns, sword has no knockback but spear has knockback 2 shield has ONLY unbreaking 3) there is strength 2.

A while ago i tried learning to stun however my clicks were too fast, they would register two cps in one tick which led to me failing to stun.
This mouse had no software so i couldnt change the debounce time
Recently i got a glorious model O, and im having the same issue
The debounce time is set to 2ms, ive tried using 4ms and 6ms but my double clicking is never consistent so i use 2ms

If anyone has any ideas to help that would be highly appreciated

(I know i can just single click fast but the issue with that is im spending an extra second on the second click when with the normal method if already be doing something e.g if i stun webbed id already be aiming at the ground to place the web)

the only person i know that plays minecraft java using a controller to pvp is oofylol and i wanna know if theres more

It's been a moment since my last post here! I wanted to give the people who don't immediately assume "AI slop" an update on the project. Since the last post, I have added:

• A proper title screen and settings screens.
• Vanilla Minecraft's block face shading for basic depth.
• A cool panorama I [temporarily] stole from a Modrinth creator, with credits added at the bottom.
• Platform-based raw input, which honestly took me forever because of my Intel iGPU driver misbehaving.
• More info in the debug HUD.
• A basic chunk section occlusion culling shader, which reduces triangle counts by about 70-80% in my experience.

I think using exclusive fullscreen with VSync off will blow your mind with responsiveness. It did for me, and it has changed my expectations with input handling, combined with the existing Reflex-style polling in the render loop. Also, here is your new screenshot!

The FPS was around 200, but it dropped because of the screenshot.
