Do I warn my back-up job that I will leave if offered a position at my dream job or do I just stfu and potentially burn any bridges if I do get the dream job?

Title is pretty straight forward, but to give a rundown of the situation:
I was laid off from my last job in the middle of last month and was fully separated on the 30th. I was informed by this recruiter from a local utility company that there would be an entry-level position for my dream job opening up soon and that I would be able to apply - to which I did early last week and was just informed I made it to the screening process today. I had applied to another location of my first job (work history being 3 years at food chain, 4 years at recent blue collar job) and was recommended by my previous GM. I made the GM of the new place aware of my situation as I was applying and he said he would keep it in mind and think about it. I was just let known today that I could go in tomorrow to sign paperwork.

SO my actual question is, do I update them my process with dream job and tell them I do not want to take this job then potentially leave and burn any potential necessary bridges ORRR just take the job and stfu because I need money and what if I don’t get my dream job?

My heart is telling me to be up front and honest - that even tho they said yes while knowing the situation and I might leave, what if I leave basically immediately if I get dream job?
And brain telling me to just stfu, don’t look a gift horse in the mouth (I’m like 90% sure that’s the saying) and get my money and go
