Social Media Content

What has been your guys best way to put out the most engaging social media content? Has anyone had success with faceless? I’ve built an app and it is live, I am acquiring customers through paid ads but it does not seem like that is the best way to start. Also how do I target a certain niche. Some of my videos get less than 100 views.

10 Years Addicted to Nicotine. Countless Failed Quit Attempts. So I Built the App I Wish I Had.

I was addicted to nicotine for 10 years.

It started back in the box mod days, then moved to Juul, and eventually became a constant part of my daily life. Like many people, I convinced myself it was helping me focus, relax, and deal with stress.

In reality, I was spending thousands of dollars to feel good for a few seconds, only to feel worse for the rest of the day.

My resting heart rate stayed elevated. My energy suffered. My anxiety increased. And deep down, I knew I was compromising my long-term health.

What made it harder was that I kept the addiction mostly hidden. I was embarrassed by how dependent I had become on a fruit-flavored vape that I had convinced myself was somehow making life better.

I tried to quit more times than I can count.

Every attempt followed the same cycle:

  • Motivation
  • A few difficult days
  • Rationalization
  • Relapse
  • Starting over

Because many of my friends also vaped, I didn't have anyone to truly hold me accountable. I realized that what I needed wasn't just another timer app or a simple counter.

I needed a system.

Something that combined accountability, progress tracking, psychology, and daily reinforcement.

So I built FORGE LABS.

Our first app, Forge, is the tool I wish I had during my own quit journey. It includes:

  • Sobriety tracking
  • Money and health metrics
  • Craving logging
  • AI coaching
  • Daily affirmations
  • Tree growth visualization
  • Puff counter
  • Community accountability tools

Today, I'm over two months nicotine-free.

Some days are still challenging, but quitting taught me that freedom isn't about waiting until it feels easy. It's about discipline and continuing to move forward, even when it's uncomfortable.

That's why we chose the name Forge Labs.

You don't become stronger by avoiding adversity. You become stronger by enduring it.

If you're trying to quit nicotine, alcohol, or any other destructive habit, know that the struggle is part of the process. Every craving you resist is a vote for the person you're becoming.

Your body and mind will thank you.

Keep forging ahead.
