PayPal/Maya Instant Transfer Complaint
Hi there! You may remember me from this post. Now, it happened to me again last night, the week before, and three weeks ago. This is just frustrating. This morning I filed a complaint on BSP about Maya’s incompetency and lack of urgency; and disputed my transactions on PayPal. cause wdym i’m paying $10 every week for instant transfer fees just for them not to reflect it right away on my Maya Account and Maya not doing anything about it? it is just beyond disappointing.
So, yea. the point of my post is, if you have any issues with Maya please for the love of god, email them and file a complaint with BSP. Their service is beyond outrageous and we deserve better than this.

Chat with BOB until you get a Reference Number with format BSPCMS-2024-ABC1234. This means that your complaint has been processed.

If you have no access to BOB, download a Complaint/Inquiry/Reply (CIR) Form, fill it out and email it to consumeraffairs@bsp.gov.ph
