redness around nose? help??
i’ve had this issue with flaky redness around my nostrils for a while now, but over the last few months it’s spread down to the sides more. i switched to malezia cleanser and moisturizer like four months ago under suspicion that it was seborrheic dermatitis so as not to feed it but they didn’t really do anything even though the moisturizer itself does feel really good. i’ve also been putting nizoral anti dandruff shampoo on it for like 2 minutes when i wash my hair but that hasn’t done anything either. it’s starting to get a bumpy look which worries me.
what do y’all think this is, and how do i get rid of it? i’m shiny in this photo because it was after moisturizing, but typically the skin there has a tighter and dryer feeling to it, and gets really flaky (soft/white flaky, not thick/yellow, aka seemingly just skin and not crusts)
