I don't know (found on left hand palm and right hands ring finger)

Uh, well... I have never found something like this on my hands before so I'm worried.

A bit of me and my skin type: I'm a student, so I travel by bus daily, but there are days the bus is so crowded and there are no seats left I have to use the bus handles. And we all know a lot of people use the handles.

And I also work as a cashier almost every single day, so I have to touch money. And we all know money isn't clean at all.

I'm also genetically prone to dry hands (thanks, mom and dad), but I try to keep them hydrated.

Now, the pictures...

First pic: A spot on my left hand palm, it's kind of rough and red-ish but mostly blends within palm's skin unless exposed to direct sunlight, that's where tiny brown dots become visible on top of the spot. And some parts look white, but the white color is more noticeable when my hand is wet as seen in the Second pic, also, when wet it looks kind of mushy. But the lines on top of it aren't disrupted.

Third pic: A bump on the middle knucle of my right hand's ring finger, an ant stung me there some like two days ago, but the lines are kind of disrupted (they're still faintly visible tho). I know insect stings/bites can disrupt skin lines temporarily and the swelling due to insect stings/bites tends to last a lot on me.

I went to the doctor this May 18th, he told me the spot on my palm was a simple callus and dermatitis; however, it feels kind of numb when I move my finger or close my hand, plus the tiny brown dots visible under sunlight I mentioned earlier. And he told me that the bump on my right hand's ring finger was due to the ant sting.

But I'm still cautious.

I have told my mom to take me to a derm but she doesn't want to, I'm a minor so I can't go myself.

Last question: Do you have any tips of how you wash your body and hair in this cases? I search through this sub but can't find any tips, I'm using a scalp scrubber grabbed with gloved hands for now to wash my hair.

(Sorry for the quality, my camera isn't the best.)
