Wart looks really weird after 24 hrs Compound W bandage thing

For the better part of a day I wore one of those Compound W band aid things where a drop of the medicine is pre built into a little bandage. Now there's this funky perfect circle of sheer whiteness around the wart and it looks extra raised up. I am so so over this wart!!!

got diagnosed today

They are on the back of the head.

Had them for about 4-6 months- initially thought them to be simple bumps that would go away on their own

However, today I got diagnosed with HPV warts

doctor is suggesting laser surgery, claiming it will clear them

But the internet says they can come back?

It's a lifelong disease, and can develop into cancer as well.

I am not even sexually active - I don't know how I can get warts?

Guys, I am freaking out right now and don't know what to do.

At wits end, continue acid treatment or not?

Three months in with salicylic acid and duct tape on this, tried everything else, acv, iodine, essential oils, over the counter bandaids and other stuff.
A week ago i pulled off huge chunks and all the roots came out with it, kept going with the acid just to make sure.

Its pretty deep now, and adding more acid at this point stings and burns like you would not believe…

Had this wart for so long that i dont want to risk it coming back after all this pain and low self esteem its causing me.

So what to do at this point?
Ease up on acid? Just acv and let the skin heal?
Call it and hope for the best?

Should I get it checked out?

The left wart is still growing (I think) and the right wart has been there for some years.

My wart story

First of all, I wanna thank this subreddit from the bottom of my heart.
I have had a wart on the top of my finger for at least 7 years, and the last year since I had shorter nails, it doubled in size! It got inflamed couple of times so much my whole finger was like a sausage lol
I used ACV and I can finally say I’m wart free! First time using it was on the 31st January, and last time was on the 4th of May. It took so long only because was really careful and let my skin heal every time fully before ACVing again.

What I learned from this is that:

-if it working, the acv will blacken/brown the wart tissue, and only wart tissue

-it hurts a lot in a very specific way when the wart is dying, i have felt parts of other fingers hurting, I don’t know if it was wart’s pressure on the nerve or something else

-debriding is important to get to the tissue, and when you reach it, the ACV just kills what’s there, it becomes black-brown - then it falls of

- in the later stages when there was only black dots visible, debriding was the way to get rid of the wart after the ACV softens the tissue and the dots appear

-it’s okay to let it heal, it will maybe be there but significantly smaller

I used a local farmer ACV and used bepanthen when it was healing. It looks great now, like there was never an alien head lol
I really couldn’t have done it without this sub!!! Thank you all!!!!

Callous or wart?

I went to my doctor and she said she can‘t tell if it’s a wart or not. It’s on the bottom of my foot. Any insights?

Kids mosaic(?) warts - help

Hi all. My kid had a few verrucas, which seemed to spread rapidly. Treated with bazuuka that verucca. Now a bit stuck… have been using pumice stone and then more treatment. My partner doesn’t want me to use a scalpel. I am keen to try duct tape as tea about it here… We are waiting for a doctors appointment.

Any advice…?

Images are from when they started getting bad and recently (which I think is mainly a layer of dead skin).

Beetlejuice Aftermath...

Third treatment of cryo + beetlejuice treatment for a very stubborn planters wart on my heel. The first two didnt do much in terms of blistering or pain. But this time? Holy hell. I cant remember having SO much throbbing pain! Can barely walk, and it has to be on the toes cause I cant put any weight on the heel.

I miss the Wart i had on my finger, any way to give myself a single wart to pick on?

I loved digging the wart out and letting it grow back. I just liked peeling the layers and getting deeper and deeper. I made the mistake of actually using a wart removal pen and it got rid of it... Is it possible to safely get one wart transferred to my finger?

Update - Good things are happening

I soaked the wart on my left foot in ACV over night and woke up to this after removing the duct tape.

What would you guys do at this stage? I haven't had it look like this before.

For the exception of the bottom of the wart and surrounding skin, it looks mainly like healthy skin to me.

Foot corn or plantar wart?

I’ve been using salicylic acid patches on this thing for a week and a half. I thought it was a corn but now I’m not so sure.
