Sony Cybershot DSC-W170 Help
Hi there! I've got a really old Sony camera that I've had for something like 14 years now and so fair it's been pretty good.
The below issue started after my brother took it to uni. He says that he took it out and it was bugging out, so I can't say for sure if there was any external forces at play.
Basically every time I turn the camera on or off, an electrical whirring kind of sound occurs (sorry not sure how to share audio only but can attach a video if needed). Also, when the SD card is inserted, the screen doesn't turn on and instead an error box pops up saying turn off and on again. The whirring sound still occurs without an SD card but I'm able to take photos on to the camera's internal memory.
Would really appreciate any help, I'm rather attached to this camera!
