Crawl space of 1920s rowhome, red flag?

My general inspector was not able to get far back in the crawl space and I’m wondering if I should be worried about some of this discolored brick in the visible part which borders the front of the home. Mold? Or moisture? Adding a few pictures for context

1920 home crawl space

Hello, got deeper into a crawl space of a home I’m considering. Saw some darker areas at a section of brick which is near the front of the house. Should I try to get a specialist inspection to take a look? Including 3 photos of the area, and 1 more of a healthier looking spot.
