Im 51, I don’t eat slot I was wondering if more red meat and iron will bring it back up. I eat twice a day and don’t get much protein.

I got a refer to a new doctor so I’m going to make an appointment.

My blood work shows a 11.2

Seen this on my Instagram, what do you think? I went to ihop about a month ago and used public WiFi for a bit while I ate also signed up for the discounts but don’t see sign up’s in my email. Don’t want to lie under perjury and end up getting knocked.
