I 24M grew up with a buzz cut until I graduated high-school and was allowed to make decisions for myself. Needless to say I have no idea what im doing. My hair is not quite coily but does get a nice springy shape when allowed to air dry. But deal with heavy breakage and frizz constantly. Im currently using whatever shampoo and conditioner mentions curly hair on the label and never use heat (hairdryer, air brush, straightener/curling iron) what can I do to help it be more healthy and controlled?
