First time making milk bread using the recipe from King Arthur. Turned out ok I think. I think I’ll proof a little longer next time. Tastes awesome and can’t wait to make some egg sandos!!
My second time baking bread and super stoked with how this recipe turned out! From his book “Flour Water Salt Yeast”. I found the instructions very intuitive and easy to follow. Can’t wait to work my way through the book. Made a sourdough loaf the other day and it turned out fine but holy cow am I surprised with this. Totally stroked my new baker ego lol. What are your thoughts on the crumb?
I have a 105 groupset and my wife has a sora. When on the large chainring and the 3 or so smallest cogs, the chain rubs on the outside edge of the front derailleur, even with trim. Not a crazy grinding but definitely rubbing. Is this normal? My bike is new and hers is pretty new. I watched some park tool vids and indexed and set the limit screws on the front and rear, and everything shifts great. Anyone else have this issue and is there a good way to go about fixing it? I’m a total newbie to bike maintenance. Thanks in advance!
