I have a question, is it okay to be eating 1200 calories a day as a 6,2 17 year old male?

I did a tdee calculation and it says i need 2,782 calories because im 206 pounds and trying to lose weight but i think i should ask just to be sure, i run 4 times a week and have 3 rest days, usually aiming for 2,500 cals burned for the running days and 500 on rest days. My question is it healthy and okay? My running day starts like this wake up 7 am get ready eat oatmeal 120 cals then halfway in run come back home and eat another, when finished i usually eat chicken and make a protein shake with fair life milk and protein powder, is this alright or should i change something?
