From idea -> product -> distribution with a clear framework; 2 month target.

I'm a software dev and entrepreneur, 7 years in, currently working with content creators in Europe to scale their online activity. My first SaaS got more than 2000 users, and right now I'm also working with an Olympian swimmer to build his mobile app and automate his business.

I did something similar last year and I want to do it again as a v2. My goal is to take 15 founders, technical or not, and go from ideation to distribution together over 2 months. Why for free: I want to meet smart people and become an advisor or cofounder of the ones that spark my interest the most.

This is for you if you want to take action but don't have direction, you can commit to 2 weekly calls, and you're open to posting content, talking to users, and being uncomfortable before you feel ready.

This is not for you if you just want to vibe code, you want validation instead of honest feedback, or you can't commit consistently for 2 months.

If you're already technical, we work on your idea first and get user interaction before writing a line of code. If you're not, I'll make you technical within a month (it's a lifelong skill, and it's not as hard as you think). On the weekly calls I'll help with architecture, solve major tech bottlenecks, scope what goes in the MVP versus later, call you out when you're procrastinating, and push you out of your comfort zone.

By the end you'll know if your idea is worth building (with real user feedback in the first weeks), and if it is, you'll have a business.

Drop your idea, your background, and where you're stuck in the comments. I'll reply to everyone.
