Hello,

Pardon if I get some of the terms incorrect, but we were cleaning the garage out and noticed some white discoloration at the bottom of the garage sill in some spots, where the footing sits on the concrete slab. For context, this house is a 1970s build, I’m guessing the footing is getting residual moisture from the slab that it’s sitting on, will this have to be replaced eventually?
