thinking of getting job not related to my course
I studied BA COMM and will graduate this month. After this, I’ll be staying in my province which is 2 hrs away from Manila. Sabi ng parents ko, mag ipon muna bago maghanap ng work sa malayo para may pambayad sa living expenses.
So I tried applying for full remote work na mga graphic design, short form video editors pero so far wala pa nag rrespond. I am also thinking of getting back into art and start opening commissions. I have options naman, we have stable wifi and the gadgets I need are here. The thing is, parang ayaw ko pa mabulok sa bahay lang. I want to experience onsite work pero the problem is walang opening masyado sa paligid ko na related sa field ko (Marketing/events/graphics) and ibang kakilala ko ay nakabase sa Manila. Ayoko rin naman makitira. So I guess mag iipon muna ako so I can secure a place of my own.
May magbubukas na Starbucks sa bayan namin and lowkey thinking of applying para may pang ipon! Pero, di sya related sa course ko and I’m thinking if it would be wise rather than pursuing a remote work pero related sa course ko. Should I:
- Apply for the onsite (non-COMM related) job para mag ipon
- Work parttime remote, part time onsite (non-COMM related) para mag ipon
- Work full remote nalang (lalabas pa ba ako ng bahay HUHU)
Any advice would be appreciated !!
