I work for cvs and my car was damaged
I was on the clock recently and I usually park in the back as far away from anyone as possible because I don’t want anyone to damage my vehicle (just started leasing the car a few months ago brand new). Anyway there was a bad thunderstorm that day I was working and it blew the clay roof tiles off and onto my car. My windshield has to be replaced, there’s a bunch of little dents, and paint missing in sections of my car and I filed a report or at least thought I did but when I called back later they said they didn’t have any record of the report and to call again to file a new one. I called again to file a report and they say they won’t cover any personal property damages. Does anyone know what else I can do? No one that I’ve spoken to doesn’t seem to know what they’re talking about and I keep getting redirected to all these other people to speak to.
