First and foremost all I have on is moisturizer, eye cream, sunscreen, and a DAB of YSL under eye concealer. This happens all over my face with any makeup and even sometimes (as you can see in the left side of my face) my skincare will ball up. I started using tretinoin for almost a year (3-4 days a week) and tolerate it (no I never use it under my eyes). I have pretty dry skin naturally, but never wake up with flaking skin after use. This issue is making me consider stopping tret all together, but I’d rather not. No matter what I do I can always run my finger across my face and built up products/ or makeup if I have it on will come off. Please help I’ve tried everything.
