Should i buy it?

Guys im planning to buy this llano v12 cooling pad, honestly im pretty hesitant about buying it because its pretty expensive, and im afraid that if i got it it doesn’t decrease my temps in the slightest

Here’s my specs and i need yall to tell me if it’s worth my money or not

Laptop model: hp omen 16 (2023)
Cpu: intel core i9 13900hx
Gpu: nvidia rtx 4060 laptop
16gb of ram

Is it just me or is the new graphics cards drivers are broken?

Guys I’m having a problem, or actually I don’t know if i should call it a problem or not but anyways, i have an hp omen 16 with those specs

Cpu: intel core i9 13900hx
Gpu: nvidia rtx 4060laptop
And 16gb of ram

In my laptop i use the overlay that is from omen gaming hub, so lately after I installed the newest gpu drivers from the nvidia app to play forza horizon 6 because it told me to install the new drivers to play it, so after I installed it I played the game and everything was fine but after signing out of the game and stay in the desktop without doing anything the readings of the gpu are usually shown like this in the overlay (- - - -) (gpu usage gpu’s temp) but after installing the new drivers the usage stays at 0% and not (- -) and it shows a temperature on the temperature side and with that my cpu gets warmer for no reason, my cpu’s temps without doing anything are usually at 49-52 degrees but but now they are at 57-60 degrees and keep in mind that these temps are on the desktop and nothing else, so here’s the question, is it just my laptop or is this problem from the new drivers and everybody experienced this thing.

(Guys i know its just a slight change but it’s unusual which made me a bit nervous)

(And one last thing, in games that don’t get the laptop so hot like Roblox now start to make my cpu temps jump up to low 90s and high 80s)
