Mega rude dog owner thinks the keep off grass reseeding orange zone is his personal dog run/training area. Booooooooo
Hi all! Been a lurker for a couple months now. I’ve been known to have healthy anxiety and that’s what seems to ring true for everybody who comes to this sub. I’m a yoga teacher and lift and workout like a maniac already so am somewhat obsessive about movement and my body. I’m a 33 yr old generally healthy man.
Started twitching in my calves summer of last year. Maybe for no reason but I will say it was a month or two after getting a mono infection. I stopped paying attention or it stopped being an issue I can’t recall but a couple months ago it picked back up. It happens in both calves only at rest but def a lot more in the left side. Sometimes I feel a little twitching in hamstrings or the quad as well. When I workout I notice no weakness in single leg exercises but when I stand for periods of time it’s hard not to send my brain down into my left calf and can’t tell if it’s actually tired or I’m just perceiving weakness. Can anyone relate? It’s hard to accept this is all in my head. What we believe can trigger the symptoms we are worried about in som cases.
