Hello All!

Here is the problem- one of the guys in the POD is claiming that this deck is a Bracket 4, because the cost of the cards. I don't meet any of the requirements for bracket 3, let alone 4 from what I see. He is wanting the deck banned from our play.

He is also playing with Slivers- The First Sliver being his commander.

Any help or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Keep in mind- I am not looking for advice on the deck, I know there are some cards that can be better placed. Its getting there.
