I've only recently found out I've been dealing with cranial HH my whole life. It's always been this big issue for me since I was about 8? I'm 32 now.

I have long, dark, thick stranded hair. It hasn't always been long, I've had it short a lot in life and it makes no difference! I look like I've come out of a shower as soon as I do anything vigorous, stressful, or fun. Summer is like purgatory.

What do you use for your scalp? I have the face sweat too but I plan on trying a few different OC brands. I haven't noticed a lot of items to use on the scalp yet- maybe I'm just not looking hard enough? Or do I have to just get a script?

Also! Build up. How often are you having to scrub the living crap out of your neck face and scalp?
