I am a driver. Is there any way to remove 1 star ratings? I've done 607 deliveries and I have 3 that have been on my thing for years, literally. I know not everyone leaves a review but if these have been done so long ago it should've dropped off by now. Also do we only ever see 100 ratings on our account? TIA for any info!! I've read the rules for what I can post but it keeps saying post type not allowed??
Do we only get 100 ratings shown no matter what? I've had these damn three 1 star ratings FOREVER!! (You might have to click on the pic to see the whole thing) I know not everyone leaves a review but it has been like this for years and I have over 600 deliveries. I don't get it. And sometimes people blame us for the restaurants f*ck up. Obviously if I have 97 five star ratings something isn't right. You know? I also have 20 above and beyond ratings. DD says ratings are on a rolling basis and that these will drop off but I'm not so sure. Anyone have any info they could give? TIA!
Can anyone help with this. I have verified every order this shift and we aren't supposed to open sealed bags. But a customer still says something was missing. I can't tell who or what but its in my notification that happened an hour ago. What am I supposed to do if the bag is sealed and food establishment says yea everything is in there and its not??? It pisses me off because that reflects on our ratings. Is there anything I can do or am I SOL?? And is there any way I can find out what it was? Thanks in advance.
