Today I had the opportunity to provide a massage therapy session for a foreign client in Thao Dien, District 2, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.
She has been working in an office for many years, spending long hours sitting at a desk. As a result, she has suffered from chronic neck and shoulder pain, persistent lower back pain, and the discomfort has gradually developed into sciatica, causing numbness that radiates down one of her legs.
During the session, I focused on releasing muscle tension, improving blood circulation, and helping her body relax through therapeutic massage techniques. By the end of the treatment, she said her shoulders felt much lighter, her back was more relaxed, and the numbness in her leg had eased.
It’s always rewarding to help people find relief from long-term pain and improve their quality of life.
