The unit is conveniently located across the street from Niemanns for groceries and a 5-10 minute walk to north quad and bardeen quad. The unit itself is 558 sqrt, has in-unit washer/dryer, new appliances (stove, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, etc). The unit was originally constructed as a 2 bedroom unit, so there is a lot of extra space connected to the bedroom. This is the online listing listing.
