GF Meat Maneesh Flatbread from Cedarland Bakery in Dearborn, MI.
This was my first time trying Maneesh flatbread and it was so delicious! The crust was crispy, and the dough itself was soft. The cheese was light and melted in my mouth. I’m not sure what herbs/spices are used, but it has a zesty taste to it. Cedarland bakery is a middle eastern bakery in Dearborn, MI. The owners nephew has celiac disease and they’re very careful with cross contamination!!
