You can only rewrite your narrative so many times before you lose every one of your supporters. Something has to give for the one that have followed you from the start they know the number of lies that have been told. For the newer ones whatever you have said recently you are stuck with it. YouTube has changed their creator fund requirements and for you and a lot of the mommy sector you are FUCKED. You have to hit 10 million views in last 90 days. YouTube is gutting small time creators. We as the audience have been telling these mommy creators for years to not bank on social media it is too unstable. None of them are hitting that number not even Peach. So the rest of you are definitely fucked. She needs that job more than ever now!

On another note remember when Nika changed up recently on Facebook. Nika is trying to change her image all together. When have we ever known Nika to talk good about any job she has ever had. But now you giving your manager birthday gifts and posting it. Who is she trying to prove something?

Do we realize if Nika did have her rights taken away the problem still isn’t solved. Heyward still has his parental rights established by the paternity test. Those kids will not be able to be adopted unless he signs over his rights. So yes they could possibly be placed in a foster home but they can’t be adopted. Could it be that he or a family member steps up after she loses her rights. Sadly I could see that as more of a possibility because they won’t have to deal with her at all. If he wanted to be done with her he could have asked for his rights to be terminated but he hasn’t. There has to be a reason for that.

You made the decision to be a single mother. Yes you did when you turned down the his proposal. Why are you always bitching about a decision you made? Being a single mother you made the choice to be okay if the dad participates or not. You are basically saying I got this on my own. So why are you begging this man to help you? Why didn’t you consider this before making all this kids?

Many of you will not want to hear this but it is what it is I have been debating about sharing this information. I even went as far to reach out a reactor to deliver the information. I am at the point I feel numb about the situation. We keep asking ourselves why would this woman knowingly post herself in situations with abuse/neglect being shown. The simple answer is that by DSS regulations/rules/laws what we deem as neglect and abuse is not their definition. When I would go to different platforms and read the comments I would always notice that many social workers would leave comments stating that she isn’t doing anything wrong. It baffled me quite frankly. I knew a contact that works for DSS but not in Sumter County but in a different location. I reached out for two reason one to find out if us blowing up the office with reports matters or not. Secondly I wanted to know what is their definition of neglect and abuse. Since Reddit rules state I can’t give personal details about myself or others. The person I spoke to is current long term employee at the Supervisory position.

DSS looks for the parents to provide four things
Shelter, Food , Electricity and Running Water. Nika meets all those requirements. The size of the dwelling cannot be held against her nor the fact the kids don’t have beds. Nika can’t be punished as parent for not being financially stable. For the record my contact has watched some of her videos. Just because we would not parent the way that she does doesn’t mean that she can’t parent as she sees fit. When it comes to private family setting Nika has every right afforded to her to be type of parent she wants to be. Of course through her time she has committed act that have gotten the kids take away. Everyone keeps asking why are they being returned. The mission of DSS is to keep families together unless a parent goes to the extreme that is not possible. There is a foster parents shortage in the state so that is part of the problem. Every time the kids are removed it is not DSS doing the removal it is the police doing it by court order from a judge. During the separation they come up with parental unification plan once she met the requirements she gets the kids back. And in other situations what ever they are lacking or need a refresher on the services are bought in house ie the beds. I asked about the portion sizes for the kids. Nika is required to prepare a hot meal daily it doesn’t state how much has to be given. What I have learned about Nika is she is showing the bare minimum knowing it will cause engagement through rage bait just like the selfish video of her hair , nail, and eating. In regard to the hygiene we think it is disgusting but she is providing soap and water. Yes if a teacher being a mandate reporter can say something if it reaches the level of all out neglect.. But then again that is a judgement call on the teacher.
This is the thing with personal freedoms it looks different to different people. Most of us would not care for our children in the manner that Nika does but it is her right. I even spoke about the Liyah situation but I don’t care to share that.

Bottom line Nika is within her rights as a mother. She has learned the system quite well and stays in the boundaries. And more than half of you are going to say this is an outrage. Yes that maybe true but the sad part of all this you see what Nika is doing to be so vile yet there are kids that are suffering things we as normal adults can’t comprehend a parent doing. Yes she is nasty selfish disrespectful shameful conning but none of those things warrant her kids being removed as of yet. You will say the DSS is failing the kids. DSS is a government agency tasked with balancing the needs of children with the right of the parent. We want it to be black and white so badly but we can’t. You can’t treat each case cookie cutter the variable change with each one. So going forward when reporting her ask yourself is this really abuse/neglect or is this something I just would not do.

Nika is the tip of the iceberg unfortunately. There is a mom of 14 and she is in her early 30s. When we America started the welfare system were incentivized being poor. And now how many years later are we still doing the same. Not thinking of the long term effects of generations of generations of single mothers households seeking refuge in the system and not wanting more than why they have. At this point the best way to get Nika is SNAP Fraud or on IRS failure to report/pay taxes or welfare fraud for not reporting earnings of social media.

Got the chance to speak with an “offical”. If you file a report of abuse/neglect please request a response to report. They will call you back with disposition of the report. Also when you file a report request ti speak a supervisor.

So if her and Niya are in the rooms. Those kids have zero privacy living in the hall especially the older girls. Does Nika think that not having them in the room will stop Poppa from doing what he does? No it won’t he will just go in the bathroom. Did Nika do all this because she already knows she will be losing the kids when school starts. It kinda explains why she is “excited about having her own space “. They will only be there temporarily. She moving like she doesn’t have the kids because she won’t be having them. Remember she always tries to get ahead of the narrative.

Does anyone else think that SySy isn’t Heyward’s kid? She is always left behind when the rest of the kids go with him. Nika has never came out and said that all the kids share the same paternity results. It’s like he doesn’t acknowledge her so I am thinking Nika tried to scam him with her. After the age of four siblings of the opposite sex can no longer share rooms. Every child must have their own bed after the age or one. Where are those eight beds at Nika? Each child should have at least 50 feet of personal space and storage space. After a certain age older and younger same sex siblings may not be able to share a room. Max in a room is four same sex siblings. In reality Nika needs at least 4 or bedrooms for her eight children . Legally I don’t think Poppa and Niya can stay in government provided housing. Niya is probably lying saying she is only visiting. I am not sure Poppa can be in that house alone without another adult. The two oldest girls need their own room.

She is waiting for the companies charities and churches in town to do the back to school drives. She is going to abuse the system like she always does. Get up on social media and act like she bought them everything (ie the entire coat saga the beds the kitchen tables). You know the lies she tells She has to wait for school to start to get the free haircuts the barber shops give away ( my best friend is barber in Sumter) and some beauty shop do it as well. I want nothing more for the kids to be done with their mother. But more importantly I want it done right. I don’t want her getting off on a technicality. When her parental rights are terminated finally those kids will never have to be in her life. But if they rush and screw this up what happens then? Will you still blame DSS after you put so much pressure on them to hurry up? Please let them get it right. The system isn’t perfect but we have to work with what we have until it can be overhauled. Yes we keep reporting her. But if they don’t move as fast as you like doesn’t mean they aren’t working on it. Nika is in hiding and there is a reason for that. If I had to guess it is due to their removal upon sight. DSS didn’t sign off 8 kids living in a studio apartment not in this current climate
