What does the average CS major look like? Does the median student still find decent paying(70k+) jobs?
I feel like this sub skews heavily towards people in top target universities who gun for big tech. What about the vast majority who don't attend these schools? Do they also heavily grind leetcode or do they mostly just coast through class?

What is the highest reasonable ranking for Sam Darnold currently? Is he in the top 10?
- 28-6 over last 2 seasons with back to back 4000+ yards (Average Passer Rating: 100.9) with two different teams
- 3-1 playoff record with Super Bowl (104.3 Passer Rating in 2025 playoffs)
- No interceptions/strip sacks in Super Bowl run

Rising Senior w/ no internship(June 2027 Grad). How do I set myself up for a successful new grad search?
I wasn't able to get a internship this summer unfortunately. Now, I am doing summer research and trying to do some projects for my resume. What projects do you recommend for someone trying to look for roles in power/embedded positions? I am also willing to work in adjacent fields like quality engineering? (Note: I'm a Electrical and Computer Engineering Major)

Anyone have any advice for engineering students trying to get interviewed/hired by Boeing?
Might not be the right sub, but I know that Boeing hires a lot of UW new grads. However, I haven't been able to get a call back from them despite applying multiple times. I'm currently a ECE student entering my final year. If you were in a similar boat, could you share what worked for you?
