"Yeah, we threw interceptions in 7-on-7 for God’s sake. I mean, who does that? There’s no pass rush. I mean, it’s embarrassing."

Every NFL Team Playing Overseas Every Year is Bad for the NFL

The Broncos-Jets game in London last year was a stinker. A lot of the international games are bad on the field, but they’re also bad for fans (7:30 am kickoffs, too far to attend).

But the league will be going to 16 international games soon, meaning every team will play overseas every year. That’s bad for the league, ultimately.

The starting QB missing voluntary camp: a big deal or a nothing burger?

Brady always attended until 2018, but he had proven himself by then.

Besides the defense, why did Aaron Rodgers never make it back to a Super Bowl?

In honor of Aaron announcing his final ride, I’d like to raise this question.

Was the Packers’ front office complacent? Was it poor coaching?

Shannon Sharpe: “Did you think he was gonna turn into what he became?”

Marshawn Lynch: “Yeah. The only difference is that I thought he would’ve had more Super Bowls by now.“

Imagine telling someone in December 2020 that the QB of the 0-13 Jets would have the same amount of rings as the soon to be three-time MVP.

What was the hype like for Michael Crabtree coming out of college?

I was too young to see Crabtree's absurd college tape coming out of Texas Tech, and most who didn't see his college days only remember Richard Sherman calling him a sorry ass receiver. He posted absurd numbers in college, and his 2007 Freshman campaign is arguably the greatest single season in CFB history, with 134 receptions for near 2000 yards and 22tds. What was the hype like after he posted these numbers? He had a good to great NFL career, but it seems he didn't live up to the lofty expectations set by his college stats and highlights.

What’s a recent regular season loss that made you sit in silence?

December 26th, 2021.

The 4-10 Chicago Bears erased a ten point fourth quarter deficit against the 5-9 Seattle Seahawks to win 25-24.

It was such an irrelevant game that they had Aaron Goldsmith, a Mariners’ announcer, and chain-snatching Aqib Talib commentating.

The perfect way to encapsulate this game was Russell Wilson spinning into a 13-yard sack which led to Jason Myers missing a 39-yard field goal.

To add insult to injury, Seahawks’ legend Jimmy Graham caught the go-ahead touchdown. Our fans pelted the Bears with snowballs afterwards, lol.

This was the game that convinced a lot of the fanbase that Pete Carroll and Russell Wilson needed to be shown the door. They were outcoached and outplayed by Matt Nagy and Nick Foles.

I also contracted COVID earlier in the week, so it was truly a terrible experience.

If you were to say “success” or “a bust” to sum up his career so far, which would you choose?

A #1 overall pick. 3 seasons In the nfl. His 5th year option has been picked up, but no long term extension in sight yet.

Based on everything that’s happened, would you say his career has been a success or a failure?

Does any team feel too over represented and under represented for the 2026 season?

Is there a team(s) you feel should be getting more or less prime time slots for the upcoming year?

“Drew Brees Wouldn’t Have Volume Stats If He Didn’t Player Forever”

I’ve been hearing this sentiment a lot around here recently and it couldn’t be any further from the truth.

All it takes is a quick google search to find Drew Brees’ per game all time records:

2nd most passing yards per game - 280.0 (only behind Mahomes)

Tied with Andrew luck for 7th most passing touchdowns per game - 1.99 (only behind Mahomes, burrow, manning, Rodgers, plus s. Bradley and m. hohensee apparently who I’ve never heard of but there higher lol)

2nd most completions per game - 24.89 (only behind burrow)

7th highest passer rating - (only behind Rodgers, Jackson, burrow, Mahomes, Wilson, and watson)
