Every year there's a handful of teams that fall short of expectations.

I think the Giants are very overhyped and won't be some sneaky wildcard team like people predict. Harbaugh isn't as good of a coach as his reputation and the new offensive staff he hired includes Matt Nagy and Brian Callahan.

49ers are another pick for me. Injury curses aside, they did lose Salah which will hurt their defense quite a bit imo. They clearly defied expectations and their injury plagued roster last year and seemingly every other year which is a testament to Shanahan. But as their core gets older, I think it'll catch up to them at some point.

Hello, I just started researching places to stay in Seoul and I'm looking at areas around Hongdae mostly. I'm solo traveling so I just want a cheap and private hotel room without a shared bathroom or bedroom, but I'm mostly getting guesthouses, hostels, and apartments. Is that just the norm in Seoul?
