Says I am next on the list for months for a character reference I sat with them at a con for a while and paid up front expecting it to be a quick turn around yet here we are 5 months later. Says I was next in line 3 months ago , yet sure posts tons of new art all day long on their stream.
The boss is so spammed with numbers I can't see their animations to know when to dodge. Is there a way to disable the numbers.
Or Devs move my damage numbers up above their head or only show huge crits... Yeah
So all my 4 Stars are pretty much Maxed out. I had enough monsterlings prior to the patch for boss damage, elemetnal crit/crit damage pretty good monsterlings maxed out.
So yeah i kept people refering to melody weapon for support and yeah at max it gives 100% bonus damage for 20 seconds completely obsurd.
But yeah even as a primarily F2P player I tossed them 20 bucks for the first season pass and day 1 player getting all the goodies patch and codes.
I see no reason to give money to fight the same boss at a little harder level. You might as well just throw up a sign on engaging a difficulty that yeah your 4 stars won't cut it pls buy 5 stars...
I know gatcha game and all but the reality is really stupid which is here I can put my net worth on a tshirt and walk around but I am not giving it to you.
I have no reason to , its a single player game.
Like going to any sporting event you pay for the closer seat yet still all watch the same game.
So yeah most of the time P2W is a catchup mechanism to keep people engaged that can't farm or play every day. Usually a F2P daily player can stay up near the top... but apparently not.
And with the recent updates for auto farm and auto upgrades free gold skills and all that the challenge and drive pretty much disappeared to even try anymore even though is saves alot of time.
FYI i would have probably bought the crap out of these summer cosmetics to apply to my current maxed out Verna and Fancis... finding out they were actually 5 star versions.. was kind of disappointing. The thought of just adding 5 star toons every few weeks to collect them but them never being viable to advance is again kind of soul crushing of meh.
Also I think I only got one five star pull prior to the percentage increase under 20. Paying a dollar a pull is insane. Face it even at 25 cents a pull and the law of averages you would probably need to pay 30 bucks for a fully upgraded 5 star which is infact my limit. Hell forget the pulls system and just sell fully upgraded ones for 25 bucks but then you are basicly at a subscription model then for fully upgraded characters so whats the point.
Anyone care to tell me how to access this new system I just took the survey about... or is that just eventually.

I have a maxed out Verna. A6.. 18 armor. 7200 attack 65 percent crit rate. 200 crit damage
30 percent boss damage +10 percent elemental weakness reduction.
Seeing Mina's kill it with like 40 percent crit chance and 160 crit damage. And Only had like 11 Base attack and special skill.
Yes I use best food.
Something feels very wrong here.
Run with an A3 angel Skills at 11 and Maxed Francis for heals Skills at 12, just pretty much cycle through them quick and can keep Verna's flame sword going a good 15 , 20 seconds usually
Green cappies, Purple slimes... Like we need to mutate to mutate other things but when you only get 1 drop that fails mutation every other day its getting really annoying
So like 25 percent of my monsterlings never spawn in to capture. When i kill mobs sometimes I can see the little blue monsterling icon that had their percentage to capture linger a little longer than normal and they never spawn in.
I have learned which are the uncommons like green cappies or purple slimes or boss and the like that I hunt down. If i notice the icon linger I log out and back in and BAM they are there to capture.
I have also tested it in areas where you kill like 10 to 15 things where another wave spawns like by the tree guy and had like 3 or 4 ... relogged and then there were 8. ITs pretty common bug.
Have only gotten 5 since the event started ...
So yeah i have definitely spent 60+ hours since relelease
Fyi i did not buy the pass until i was level 55 and was pretty much done with the game.. and it auto jumped to 65 so have a good view of all the stuff it gave me at once
I am a cheapscate and know a good value.

I cleared all the content story and quests in about 9 daya
I have maxed out level 60 with at least 15 level purple armor and 40 level rare minions and 40 level artifacts
All skills at least 8+
Character and duplicates unlock skill
Ophilia x2. Ice
Penny x1 lightning
Yeonwha Maxed lightning
Francis x4 earth
Verna x4 fire
Ester x2 with her weapon wind.. had to go 70 twice and then like 30 and have stopped trying
Currently leveling jiwon x1 at level 53 no skill upgrades
Juat got flare
Other purples untouched but cloud is at like 30 and getting ophilia hand me downs.
Probably the best value is to unlock the battle pass the 70 levels of weekly quests.
You get like 2000 keys alot of upgrade helper items experience packs tickets . Like 20 pulls.
By far the best deal for like 18.50 after taxes.
If you wanna treat it like an MmO subcription. And thats for 6 weeks so. Thats 3 dollars a week to pay for a game you enjoy.
I would say all the extra upgrades and 2000 keyes let me max out Yeonwha and got verna up to 60 x10+ on fire since was my only fire character. Yeonwha was fully maxed so stupid if i didnt. From all the ester attempts.
So yeah given i have spent all the time and enjoyed it...toss them the 20 bucks at least once.
Update
Fyi i am hard locked at rift 13 wind element that i dont have the team for and its a double boss fight. I cleared 12 by 5 seconds also wind , and was pretty perfect execution..hitting every counter never getting stunned.
Also eat that purple food. Huge unscene benefits
