Bundle w/Two Packages
I purchased five items in a bundle and paid one shipping fee. The seller messaged me later and said the items were coming from different warehouses, so there would be two packages and two tracking numbers. But Poshmark only issues one label as far as I know; that label number is marked delivered, but I never received it.
I have no way to track the second supposed shipment, so I'm starting to wonder if there's something hinky about this transaction. I did report the package as not delivered so that it doesn't auto-accept, but is there anything else I should do?
Is this normal for sellers with a lot of inventory spread out over multiple locations?
I'm not totally sure there's a seller issue; we got a new mail carrier, and he's not as good as our old one. The package was marked as delivered "in/at mailbox," but we don't have an individual mailbox. Everybody on our two or three streets uses a big block of mail slots; they're only large enough for envelopes and catalogs. A package wouldn't fit into a slot. So he may have misdelivered it, but something just doesn't feel right about the two separate tracking numbers when I have no way to track the second one.
