This branch was Off of the Fork & Young Future of The CarpentersVille MLDs when some of their guys had Migrated To Joliet from there, im guessing sometime in the mid 2000s but im not exactly sure im sure someone on here can give more info

This was taken from A Ride along With Elgin PD In 1990/1 they talk a bit how things had changed within the suburb, it also Mentions 12 Gangs Being in Elgin at the time, some gangs mentioned being active in the area were Vice Lords, Black P. Stones, Black/Gangster Disciples, Latin Kings, Maniac Latin Disciples & “ The Darkside” ? Wonder if there’s a full version of this Somewhere.
