Platinum member booked 2 rooms at same hotel - only getting points for 1?
I’m a Marriott Platinum and recently booked two rooms at the same hotel, both under my name and with the same check-in date. I physically checked into both rooms.
I booked on separate reservations because I only needed 1 room for 1 night and the other for 2 nights.
When I contacted Marriott customer service, I was told I could only receive points for one room / reservation.
Is Marriott correct that I can only earn points on one room, even though I paid for and checked into both?
