It has been taking me 1 hour or so to get connected to an agent these days.. and even when I get connected, they have been utterly bad at helping me. And now it's raising prices for this shit service?? I've been going back and forth with them to get one of my embroideries digitized for 11 days... I even cancelled an order then recreated a manual order once again and then the cycle just repeats over and over.

Is it time to head to PRINTFUL? Where else have you guys been getting better products/service?

Sorry this is just a rant but I have been going back and forth with Printify Embroidery - they have the WORST product support. I was told it was going to be fixed and then nothing happens, and then finally we got to the right digitization I want, and then they cancelled it and said the order cannot be digitized because it was waiting for too long for approval. But it was only waiting for too long because they keep on saying they will upload the design they shared to me over chat...

I hate this. I ordered the same embroidery in 2 colors - I ordered a sample for one and got orders for the second one, I thought digitization would be smooth sailing coz I already ordered the first one correctly... WRONG.

What's a better alternative out there? Their support team just keeps on saying different things every single time and there is no follow through whatsoever. I keep being told - we will update you via email everyday for the past 9 days - NO EMAIL UPDATE. ONLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
