Denver Dallas

Denver Dallas

Rumors of PJ and Marshall on the block, rumors of Mavs interested in Cam. Makes sense

Denver saves some money and gets back a versatile guy that would probably be loved by Jokic

Dallas adds a 6'8 fundamentally sound sniper at a position of need.

Zeke and Martin are a wash and mainly added so the salary difference isn't as dramatic

Det-Chi-Den

Detroit---- with Duren obviously coming back to hold down the fort at the center position and how Paul Reed shined in the post season, Stewart is definitely available to use to improve the roster. And with the emergence of Jenkins, so is Sasser. Detroit finally gets Cade some offensive help here with a big high IQ sniper in Cam, and versatile microwave scorer who I am pretty high on in Julian Strawther

Chicago---- it's easy, they give up a PG and a 2/3 for a PG in Sasser and a 2/3 wing in CB while also getting this year's 1st rounder from Denver. If Bryson Graham is a believer that Braun returns to his elite 3/D and MIP form then this isn't a deal I would see him passing on. Especially since he would be a great fit alongside Giddey and Chicago's overall timeline.

Denver----- unfortunately with the way they painted themselves into a corner, Cam is almost surely traded this off-season. And while it hurts to give up assets like Strawther and their only decent draft pick, they HAVE to be in win now mode with Jamal and Jokic still on the roster. Stew brings defensive help which they definitely could use even if it's only for short stints, and Tre Jones takes some of the ball handling burden off Jamal which was ridiculously painful to watch in that first round series. Ball handling and defense were two of the nuggets main weaknesses and they sacrifice some shooting and young assets to bolster them while saving $14 million in this deal in hopes of retaining Pwatt.

Ashwagandha safe?

One of the few popular supps that I have yet to try. Main reason for that has been one of the dark sides of it. Despite its smorgasbord of supposed benefits, all of which makes it sound perfect for someone like myself, I've avoided it due to stories of it causing harm to the Liver.

I've battled addiction with alcohol for nearly 15 years and while currently on the wagon as of now and with doctors saying I don't show signs of any serious conditions, I'm still worried about something that might mess with a liver that's already been through absolute hell from how crazy I used to be 😂

So I'm just curious if anyone has been in the same boat about this? And also, if it truly does cause liver implications that I should worry about. Because I would really really love to give it a try.

Not cycling boron

I've been taking 6mg of boron for nearly 10 weeks now and have had absolutely zero side effects that I'm aware of. Nothing but increased libido, better mood, better lifts ect. It's maybe the best damn thing I've ever taken and it's amazing that it's legal lol

But am I making a mistake? I've heard tons of guys preach you HAVE to cycle it or it raises estrogen levels. Heard other guys say they had gyno symptoms after a matter of weeks.

I'm mid 30s, 6'0 190lb, lift 3-4 times a week and work in construction and keep my diet in check pretty well so maybe that's the reason I'm not having any side effects from the supposed elevated estrogen effects that many claim to get? Or maybe cycling Boron is just bullshit and totally hypothetical?

Also heard about Boron depleting B2 levels which I also happen to supplement before I ever even started using Boron. Is this a fact or more bro science?

Just curious to see if anyone else is taking boron daily instead of cycling.
