We have to have a serious conversation about Mr Fantastic: He got powercrept to hell even in his own niche. What does he even do now in this meta

Back in his release, Mr Fantastic's main gimmick was that he was a DPS with lots of survivability specifically made for anti-dive, in exchange he's the dps herowith the lowest damage. But seems that over the past few month, he got powercrept to hell in his own niche
His survivability means practically nothing, not only due to his low damage and dogshit ult, but also the fact that now there are plenty of dps heroes who generate unlimited overshiels, on top of having insane damage, CC, mobility and goated ultimates
ALL TANKS (save Rogue) now both do more damage than him and have more survivability than him. He's been reduced to walking damage sponge that can't dish it out
Even in his anti-dive niche, he's not even part of the top 5 options, as he got outclassed by heroes who have do peel way more efficiently while still get to excel in other niches
And it all comes down to this game of double standards: Mr F had his peeling CC (which was only a slow) gutted for being "too oppressive, while Elsa and Bucky get to have every hard CC in the book
What's the solution now? It really seems like he's falling into irrelevancy
