Feeling defeated as a host

I’ve had two very frustrating experiences in the past month that are making question whether I should quit.

I feel like Turo doesn’t care about their GOOD hosts.

I’ve been a host for 4 years. 338 trips, 4.9 rating.

I’ve had to deal with every situation imaginable when it comes to Turo or car rentals in general but these two situations have made me reconsider my relationship with Turo. I wish they would care more about us.

Ninoy-Clark-El Nido

Our flight lands at 6:50am on a Friday.
I’m considering a flight out of Clark to el Nido at 11:30am. No checked bags. Private transfer to Clark. Is this doable?

Why do people put their trips on the line renting a 10+ year old car

Two of my cars are over 10 years old and the amount of people that take them on 500+ miles road trips is astonishing. I would never put my whole trip at risk to save money.
