I unfortunately got hit on my right bumper while someone was trying to reverse in a parking lot (never thought that would happen while I was parked).

Damage doesn’t seem to bad but I also notice that the bumper is out on the left side as well :(

The body shop quoted around 1.4k which seems excessive. Does anyone have any tips? Do I just push the bumper back in myself? Thanks!
