Fell off, carb addiction is crazy

Hey friends,

I did keto/ketovore for 2 months and lost significant weight and improved mental health skin and overall body feeling. The downsides were that i probably had electrolyte problems and ate too little. Sometimes i had alot of energy, sometimes i got dizzy by just walking up some stairs.

Then i went to a weddin and i indulged, because i hardly ate the day before and there werent keto options. So i thought, if you eat carbs, it would be today. Wich was a terrible mistake. That was weeks ago and i completely fell off the wagon. I have crazy carb binges and it is SO hard to stick to keto again. But it just feels like „dont bother to go back to keto, youll crave the carbs forever, so you might as well try to control them“, wich is obviously addict talk.
I always was a carb addict. I NEVER succesfully lost significant weight on carbs. Only ever on keto.
This time i want to go stricter in the carnivore direction. But i need motivation.

PLEASE motivate me. Tell me why you stick to carnivore, how it changed your life, how carbs are the absolute enemy to you. I need to make this my new lifestyle. This time it has to stick.

Also, do you have some really good basic carnivore dishes that taste good? I have to somehow make the food taste delicious enough to be able to eat enough of it. I also feel that the more keto options i have, the more i crave carbs in general. The more satiated i get just by red meat, the less i miss carbs on those days.

Omad with carbs is so hard

Hey people,

How do you do it? Im moderately overweight and have tried omad multiple times. I also did keto a few times and omad came somewhat naturally with it. But keto is kind off boring and a bit restricting. But with carbs? I always fall off on week 1 or 2.

Im insanely addicted to carbs. Even if i plan my omad meal with the exact macros and vitamins, i just last a few days until the healthy meal just doesnt satisfy my tastebuds and i go absolutely crazy with the junk. Then, the fasting the next day gets harder and harder and i binge worse and worse in my eating window - if i make it at all to my eating time. Often i just bring my eating window forward one or two hours because i go insane. I could literally have the perfect meal of some rice, some meat, some veggies in a reasonable amount, perfectly set up - and if i do that for a few days my body goes like „nope, this is not fun we need more stimulation“.

Seriously, are there people who have been fat and carb addicted and then just did omad and suddenly had self control with carbs? What the f*ck is this?
And in my case, week 1 is easier than week two. In week 1 i might get carried by motivation, and if i make it to week two, my biology starts to f*ck with me. All i think about is food.

I dont care about you „normal“ people, who can easily control carbs and have been that way forever, honestly dont even bother to comment because what works for you is a WHOLE different game compared to people like me.
I want to hear from the people with crazy food addictions and obesity since like forever, and who used food to regulate their emotions. Did you have to quit the carbs? Have you found a way to keep them in? How did you get through the first weeks

Hey,

Im keto (more ketovore tbh) since 2 months.

Ive noticed that i have an increased interest in women again, i dont know if thats because ive lost weight or because of keto itself.

But i find that my member isnt working as it should, and im only 26. i dont eat that much often times, but even if i do, i dont wake up with morning wood at all, and it feels like it never goes to full capacity if you know what i mean. Im not dating currently so i dont have the experience with a partner while on keto.

Some people say keto made them rock hard and such, but i really only get the attraction part. Like, i see women and find them super hot, basically drooling lol, but it feels like im a 50 year old man down there. Not always, but most of the time. Its like the blood flow isnt working properly.

From past experiences on keto, whenever i reintroduces carbs, i got an almost instant increase in hardness.

I know that most people will say to eat more, but how much do i have to eat for my „meat“ to start working properly?? And do you have some tips to eat way more quantities of red meat? I get bored by my options quickly.

There are 60 year old guys saying „yeah carnivore/keto gave me my boners back“, but wtf is it with me?

Im 26, i should still be able to have massive boners.
