Limiting thoughts (My take 🫆)

Limiting thoughts (My take 🫆)

I thought it would be useful to write a post about this; naturally, this is based solely on my own opinion, which is quite open-minded. So, take it or leave it !🌬️

Across various platforms, I see many people spreading what I consider to be limiting beliefs—something that clearly doesn't help those in the same situation as me. After all, I was once among those who questioned—or dismissed as "complicated" or even "false"—certain ideas. But today, I’ve come to realize that anything is possible, and that we aren't just making things up or constantly dwelling on something untrue.

So yes, group shifting is possible; I practice it myself, and in my view—regardless of the specific perspective on shifting—it is logically feasible. Yes, you can also shift without a specific method or complex state of mind; everyone has their own approach, and you simply shouldn't let fear or limiting thoughts hold back your exploration. Yes, symptoms matter—not because they *cause* the shift, but because they signal a state of consciousness conducive to shifting. Yes, shifting is real; one need look no further than the constant signs we receive from our DR—or from our S/O, for those who have chosen to have one. Furthermore, since our imagination creates our reality, it is impossible to imagine something that is unreal or false.

Everything is possible; you just have to look within. You wouldn't put so much emotion and belief into something false and unfounded. And above all, don't let anyone confine your conscious power. You are not alone ❤️‍🩹

A logbook 🌊

A logbook?
After my last post, I wondered if I shouldn't do some sort of updates—partly because I know it could help people, and partly because I’ve always wanted to discuss these kinds of topics with others. So, any questions or opinions are welcome!

Last night, I tried out a 30-minute binaural audio track as recommended. I didn't fall asleep while listening, but I have plenty to say about the experience! To start with, you should know that I wasn't immediately trying to reach my desired reality; in fact, right now I’m focusing more on relaxing and trying to explore things more broadly. This approach is actually bringing me closer—internally and in terms of mindset—to certain people or places in my desired reality. While listening, I mostly cleared my mind for a few minutes and felt very relaxed; afterwards, I reflected on the things that shape my beliefs, but without any ego getting in the way. I thought about my desired reality, of course, but I was primarily seeking a different state of being. I went to bed once the audio finished and fell asleep incredibly quickly. What I took away from the experience is that my "imagination" and "reality" seemed to blend and intensify—both while listening and during sleep, as I had a very vivid dream for the first time in a long while. I woke up this morning feeling rested and positive—something else I hadn't experienced in a long time.

Stay positive and keep going; you don't give up on something you think about every day. Delving deeper into experimentation is key—it might not be essential for everyone, but it’s certainly close to it!

I hope this is of interest to some of you; this is just based on my own limited experience 🎐

A quick question about binaural beats 🌬️

Hi ! I’d like to try using binaural beats to shift to my desired reality, but I have a few questions I’m struggling to find answers to. First, I seem to recall it’s recommended to wear headphones or earbuds while listening, but since I have sensitive hearing, would it really be a problem if I didn't wear them? I’m also not sure I’ve fully grasped the method, though I plan to tweak it to suit myself; that said, I’d welcome any information from anyone who’d like to discuss it!
