
How do you actually PERMA shift / enter the void state? (Need real step-by-step explanation)
Hi everyone,
I need honest help because I feel like I’m not getting real answers anywhere.( I sadly looked on TikTok and tumblr and got more confused than I was before lol)
I’ve never shifted or entered the void state before at all, but I already have a DR fully set up and I’m genuinely willing to do whatever it takes to get there and stay there permanently.
What I don’t understand is HOW people actually do it in practice.
Most answers I see are like:
“you’re already there”
“just shift”
“assume it and stay there”
But I’m looking for something more detailed than that.
Like I need the real process, step-by-step, not vague explanations.
For people who have actually done it or understand it deeply:
What do you actually DO from the moment you try?
What are you focusing on mentally?
What does it feel like when it starts working?
How do you stay once you get there and not snap back?
Is there a specific method or mindset shift that actually clicks it into place?
I really want to understand the mechanics behind it, not just the theory.
If you’ve successfully shifted or entered the void state, please explain it like I’ve never done it before. I need the “needy gritty” details because the basic explanations aren’t clicking for me.
