Much like the themes used the video game "Death stranding",I believe that Oliver's soul is permanently tied to that parking lot,and perhaps the energy feels different there. It's just so peculiar that he's near a dilapidated church. Very poetic,very sad.

you could say he loved Rio so much he didn't want to leave,which is partly true,he always extended his time between gigs in locations he loves to explore and experience,we just didn't think he would be forever bound to Brazil.

I believe in souls in terms of energy, for energy cannot be created nor destroyed,yet it can change form.therefore I believe that he's not fully gone, he's everywhere. Everytime we remember him ,his energy is close by.

I speak of his death this way, because I lost a pet a while back and I truly believed that once his vessel was gone,his soul became bound to where he passed away. Oliver's vessel is in Santa Cruz,but his heart and soul is in Brazil. He's simultaneously connected to Brazil,Santa Cruz and our hearts.

So don't think he's fully gone. He's immortalised in our minds,in our art,in our grief. 💖🕊️
