Non programmer deciphers O'Reilly books

My husband is a programmer, I am not. I see his O'Reilly books and try to decipher them in silly ways.

[Recommendations] Long torso and sensory issues - would a longline bra help?

I have a long torso - my friends in high school would call me half and half (all in good fun). I also have a smaller ribcage and larger breasts (34f). I HATE bras. I feel like the band is always too tight, too flimsy, just bleh. I got a bra from a recommended vendor on here, and while I love the bra in short bursts, I think the issue is actually my body type/sensory vibes.

So, fellow long torso girlies - are long line bras my answer? I love compression but it needs to be smooth, so maybe no boning? I'm open to suggestions!

Edit: Here are my measurements, all in inches. Starting size is 36 g/gg uk Loose underbust: 37 Snug underbust: 36 Tight underbust: 34 Standing bust: 45 Leaning bust: 48 Laying bust: 45

I also have WAY more tissue on the top
