Took long enough.

For anyone that doesn't know, the blessing rewards from the dailies give you each of the simple (grey border) blessings. Once you have all of them, the daily gives you each of the fine (green border) blessings. And only after getting every fine blessing do you start getting the heroic levels (blue border).

I wonder if getting enough will eventually unlock the mythical (purple border) or divine (orange border) blessings. it'll take another year to tell.
