R1 + R2; batter hits a bloop single to CF, but R2 holds up in case it's caught. CF then throws it to 3B to put the runner out, but 3B drops the ball. I could not figure out a way to score this since it is a single, but that forces the runner to third. I finally advanced the runner from 2B to 3B on E5 and then entered the single + R3 held up. Is there any better way to do that? Thanks!

I'm sorry, I couldn't find a clear answer on this. NFHS rules. With a runner on first, our left-handed pitcher lifted his leg and then paused at the top of the lift for several seconds. Blue called a balk. I have seen a few things indicating that the lefty can just pause in that position, and I've seen other things where the pitcher can pause but has to continue to move somehow so he's not effectively coming set again. What is the rule here? Thanks!
