I don't know what to do, please help me.

Male, 18, 6ft, 60 kg. I'm skinny but healthy besides this particular problem.

Not sure if this is the best place to post this but here i go.

I don't know if my athletes foot is healed and i'm scared to stop my treatment. Ive had athletes foot for 4 months, i got it while working at a car wash and it has healed like two times but it's comes back.

I do all the prevention stuff, i disinfect my shower daily and use lysol on my shoes, i wash my socks at 60° C and dry them well.

I was using terbinafine at first and it helped but it came back after a while. I quit my job to let my feet heal, it burned like hell and smelled even worse.

At the moment i'm applying ( for 2 weeks now once a day or twice) betadine or povidone iodine and it has worked really well, made the peeling skin disappear; But i'm worried it's still there and i'm just holding it back. At this point i no longer differentiate the feeling of just feeling your feet hot cuz of long walks or the "hotness" of tinea pedis.

What can i do?
