Has anyone gone through this?

If anyone has gone through this in the past with their son, would love to know there’s a light at the end of this tunnel. And what you did to get through it. My son is five years old, but ever since he was a baby he was very hyperactive when he was two years old, we took him to get evaluated for autism because loud noises bothered him, and he could never stay still. The psychologist let us know that he did not have autism, but that he had a speech delay. As the years went on one of the behaviors that continued, and the reason why we got him evaluated was because he had various tantrums per day. Things triggered him like a happy birthday song or if we clapped or laughed too loudly he would get upset and throw himself on the floor or he would throw whatever he had in his hand. Now that he is older, he gets into a lot of trouble at school because he doesn’t stay in his seat. He also has moved away from 10 tantrums a day, but still has a lot of impulsive behavior. We have tried so many things to fix this behavior like being more strict, take away toys, incentivizing, good behavior, having him be more active during the day. But he just does not listen to us he ignores us when we ask him to do something and sometimes when he does it, he gets angry and we’ll say a lot of prophetic. We are not a violent family and we don’t use profanity like that. I have noticed that a lot of movies and shows even on Disney or kids channels say a lot of simple profanity words like stupid or idiot or telling other characters to shut up, but when he’s angry. He uses these words towards us and towards other people I don’t know what to do at this point as his dad and I have run out of options. It’s hard for us to put him in any academic or sports because he is not able to sit and listen to directions for even five minutes without running around or without distracting other people. When he doesn’t get his way he becomes angry and throws things or has breaking things. I wanna know if anybody else has had this experience and if so, how did you get help for your kid or does this something that they just grow out of?
