Just got done crying excessively (my emotions are no joke today) after receiving my friends baby shower invitation and seeing she chose the theme I had wanted to pick 😭 I’m so sad lol and while I know I’ll get over it, I’m just stuck on thinking of what else I could do. We’re due about a week apart and she’s already on the roll with planning (I am not 😂). I am waiting for summer to start. I’m a teacher and my job leaves me with about 0% energy by end of day to start planning. We’re planning for a late August shower, baby girl. Any ideas that aren’t too over done?! I don’t like very on the nose gender things. The original theme I had in mind was the “A New Chapter Begins” book theme 🥲
